Amy Peterson
A third generation Montanan, Amy is a wealth of knowledge regarding all things Montana! Having spent a majority of her childhood racing sailboats on Flathead Lake, she excels at knowing the in’s and out’s of Western Montana and its variety of landscapes. For the last several years Amy’s real estate business has continued to skyrocket, landing her #2 in gross sales for eXp Realty in the state for 2022. Ranking in the top 1% of eXp Realtors overall, she has been recognized as an ICON agent. Although her primary business remains in Montana, she is also a licensed agent in California where she and her husband raised their children. In her free time, you can find her on the lake, on the slopes, or cheering on the Griz!
Kate Peterson
Kate joined our team in 2022 after finishing her degree in sustainable construction technology with certificates in green building & construction management through the University of Montana. She then went on to receive her certificate in project management through Cornell University. Since graduating she has been leading new construction projects throughout the Flathead valley including custom homes and multi-family residences. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to home building and adds a valuable perspective to potential buyers seeking insight. In her free time she’s an avid golfer. You may recognize her if you frequent the Polson Bay Golf Course since she’s the two-time Women’s club champion for 2021 & 2022!
